Cool Creeps
my favorite is the Charr! how more exciting can u get? they'r aggressive, & scare the sh** out of u! they growl, hav incendiary arrows that sound like a rocket hittin u in the jungles of vietnam. i wish they'd bring back Charr after ascension. make them lvl 25-30. or undead charr... a necro is makin undead charr, quest to find him & end his evils.

Underworld/Fiz
its so unfair the world has to battle to get into underworld/fisureWoe.
sometimes u hav to wait 6hrs for your region to win. some people are against PvP. they jus dont want to beat on another person cuz it creates bad feelings. some 1 has to lose. i got enuf of PvP in warcraft. i'm in guild wars to build my character, enjoy the stories & play with nice people. i dont want to be forced to play Player vs player!

Classes
do away with 2ndary classes. the game is too easy already. then monks wil realy be in demand. it doesnt make sense that a warrior/monk can tank, heal himself & raise dead people. i was tempted to not choose a 2nd class at all, but then most people wont invite me into their party.

Party
it would be awesome if the max # of people in a party wer 6. then u hav 2 parties in one mission. the parties compete, only 1 party can finish the mission. parties start somewhat away fr each other, can fight each other...
it would make missions harder & more exciting!

Maps
let players create their own custom maps! like in warcraft. & play online with other people...

1) There are Charr after ascension. Level 22ish, and easy to slaughter. Search the southern Shiverpeaks more (pretty sure thats where I found them)
2)All regions hold the hall usually during certain hours. These hours are different for each region. Learn your regions "peak hours" and problem solved.
3)Secondary classes are fundamental. They should just make them not required for post-searing
4)Max people in party is 8... another thread suggested competative missions
5)No player-created content. Leads to hacks, viruses, etc.

You're against forced PvP but you want missions to have it? Are we supposed to take your suggestions seriously?

1) its kind of sad when u take down an awesome creature so easily, like
giants
undead
dragons...

like in the desert...those giants are so easy to kill & not even scary.

2) all regions are guaranteed to hold the hall a few hrs a day?
i mean for those of us that can only play a few hrs/week, its frustrating when u want to go to UW/Fiz but can't. those areas hav uniques that only drop there huh.

3) i thought 2nd classes would be somethin like weaving
armor smithing
bower/fletcher
weapon smith..
merchant: set up a shop to auto sell items..

in pre-sear u r confused & a 2nd class dosn't help.

4) max party is 8, but 8 gets confusing. & less drops for every 1...

5) hacks: jus dont play with those people. dosnt mean up rights hav to suffer
virus: even microsoft has trouble with those

6) i'm not completely against PvP. i mean, i dont want to be forced to do it just to get to UW/Fiz. but party vs party is diferent. its jus for fun. maybe make the losing party pay a small sum.

Eh.. the OP is not serious. His second post displays a clear lack of game balance, or mechanics for that matter.
In short, he wants what he wants, and to hell with the rest.

To add a solution as well, none of the suggestions you propose actually improves gameplay whatosever, although a few are decidely loot-centric. May I suggest you return to Diablo 2?

Thanks,

Tal

heh, total noob here...

Didn't know you could only go to underworld if your region had favor

Went to the underworld by myself once... died in two seconds and out 1k... it was a learning experience to say the least.

To be honest, I didn't know that by talking to the voice of grenth and giving him 1k would thrust me into a world of fear and assured death to a lvl 18 noob that just made it to the temple. That was some nice fine print there. (that was a while back, made it droknars fordge a few days ago)

well the black minotaurs made me feel quite welcome after doing 250 damage in one hit... they didn't wait very long before thrusting my corpse back into the mortal world.

They're hard if you're the appropriate level. If you're level 20 and in the desert, you're already too powerful. The game should be reasonably challenging if you are the level the henchmen are at any given town/mission point. That's that the recommended level is for each region.

That's sort of...the point. Holding the Hall of Heroes and the favor of the gods is hard. If you were forced to PvP to keep the favor, you wouldn't be running those areas. Clearly you're not, so what your request boils down to is "I can't PvP/don't like to PvP and the best PvP guilds sleep sometimes or have work. Please give me the benefits of them PvPing even when they aren't kicking ass for my nation." No offense, but the system works now because it limits *everyone* and grants the same opportunities to *everyone* without making the rewards incredibly commonplace and thereby worthless.

If you don't like secondary classes, don't use them. Please don't take out a fundamental part of the game most of us enjoy and employ.

Maybe you shouldn't hang out post-ascension. That would solve the problem and wouldn't frustrate your groupies since the 8-person group is confusing to you. The Underworld and Fissure are doable with groups of six. They simply have to be skilled to compensate for the extra people.

You aren't forced to PvP. You're either fighting for the Hall of Heroes or running the Fissure, you can't do both. You can PvP outside the tombs, which sounds like the solution to your problem.

ITS so easy to be godly its ridiculous. game needs a major nerf.

maybe u should just go play playstation.

Hi-Low
It'd be cool if 1 of the high lvl quest required u to help noobs. like escort them to a place...Dukes daughter, or grendich court...

If it's so easy to be godly go to the tombs and get to the HoH and use your quick-and-easy godlike character to win so you can get into the Underworld and Fissure of Woe.

All of your suggestions...aren't any good at all, and they don't make any sense.

The second classes are great and allow for some good combinations and add to what little diversity you can have in PvP. If you thought that, you obviously didn't bother researching the game for 2 minutes before you went out and bought it.

8 players in a party does not get confusing in fact I'd be up for much bigger battles with much larger parties.

Nobody can make a "godly" character, and definately not easily.

"hacks...just don't play with those people" Are you being serious here? So you're saying that you could care less if people hack we're just supposed to ignore that when they start winning the HoH because of hacks? What the HELL are you blabbering about by this point anyway?

This better not be a serious post. "game needs a major nerf" Yeah, that's just plain wrong. Sorry, but this is so far from the truth I can't even put my feelings into words.

Yes...nerf the game...make it easier to become godly so you can complain some more...makes PERFECT sense...

As for your original post...
1. The Charr are in the lands north of Ascalon(for those most part, if they're in Southern Shiverpeaks, I haven't found them yet). And for a good reason. Their armies come from that general direction. And thev're been trying to get past ascalon, which was impossible before the searing. it really doesn't make sense to add charr into Kryta when the lore states that the Charr never reached Kryta, or anywhere further than Shiverpeaks(at the most).

2. The peak hours are late at night for each continent(usually). Why? because everyones off work then...if you're off work then(or don't even have a job) then you should be able to get there. If not, use your godly character to win in HoH 5 times and quit complaining(previously stated by a wise person)

3. If secondary classes were destroyed, people would still have the same problems. And a W/Mo can't always heal the entire party. The usually have a build somewhat like this:
Weapon Mastery
Tactics/Strength
Protection Prayers

Any more than that, like adding in Healing spells, would make them weaker. And if you don't like how they can do all that, tough love. Nuke them with lightning spells so they can't tank/heal/res ever again and the stories over.

4. With this, no. Plain out no. For starters, you couldn't even complete the later missions unless you had an organized guild team backing you up(which is pointless for the casual player such as yourself). Next, you'd have that organized guild team beat you senseless every time you try to defeat a mission, once again, you being the casual player, are out of luck.

5. This isn't an RTS, this is an MMORPG. The maps aren't customizable because they are all server-side, not client-side. That way, people can't hack or destroy the ANet servers. PLUS. Players aren't allowed to make a map filled with treasure chests, harvest the crops, rinse and repeat...
